YWW.YKW series Electro-hydraulic brake is horizontally mounted brake(horizontal installation relative to drum axis),It is mainly used for deceleration braking of slewing mechanism of gantry crane and tower crane.

Interlocking shoe clearance balancing device and shoe auto-aligning device constantly equalize the clearance of brake shoes on both sides and make adjustment unnecessary, completely avoiding brake lining one side sticking to brake wheel.

Brake lining is of card-mounted and entirely-shaped structure, easy to replace. Brake linings of various materials such as semi-metal (non-asbestos) hard and half-hard, soft (including asbestos) substance are available for customers to choose.

At main hinge points where are equipped with self-lubricating bearings,which make higher efficiency of transmission and longer performance life.

Adjustable bracket ensure the brake works well.

The brake spring is arranged inside a square tube and a surveyor’s rod is placed on one side. It is easy to read braking torque value and avoid measuring and computing.

YKW Series
The YKW series brake is normally opened brake,it is mainly used for braking of slewing mechanism which is unnecessary to or can not locate while parking. Its technology requirements comply with JB/T6406-2006 standard, and equipped Ed thrusters comply with DIN15430 standard.
