MW(Z) SERIES ELECTROMAGNETIC DRUM BRAKES

Electromagnetic drum brakes can be extensively used for various mechanism deceleration and stop/braking of various belt transport,port handling,hoisting, metallurgical, mining and building machinery.

The dimensions and braking torque parameters of MWZ series brakes comply with JB / T7685-2006 standard.


Main Features:

▲ Brake lining is of clamped integral forming structure, which is easy and quick to replace; 

▲ Main hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearing ,making high efficiency of transmission ,long ser vice life. Lubricating is unnecessary during operation;  

▲ Brake closes in case of power failure (Fail-Safe Principle).Braking by spring power.Electromagnetic release.

◆ Voltages: AC 380V 50Hz;The MWZ product is a DC power supply with a rated voltage of 220V.;

◆ Working condition: No risk of explosion conditions, gas and electrical angstrom which will corrode metal and damage the insulation
